PlayVana is open 7 days a week. Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Friday to Sunday and Public Holidays: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Last entry is 90 minutes before closing time.

We are located at Level 3, Phoenix Palladium Mall, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai — 400013. The centre is easily accessible via Mumbai Metro Line 2B (Lower Parel station) and BEST bus routes. Paid parking is available in the mall.

Walk-ins are always welcome at PlayVana! However, on weekends and public holidays we can get very busy. We recommend arriving early (before 12:00 PM) to ensure all zones are available. Birthday party rooms and VR zones do require advance booking.

Yes, Phoenix Palladium Mall offers multi-level paid parking with over 1,200 spaces. PlayVana members receive a discounted parking validation. Parking rates are ₹40 per hour, available 24/7.

Safety is our absolute top priority. All equipment is ASTM F1918-certified and inspected daily by qualified safety engineers. Every zone has trained play facilitators and safety monitors. Our foam surfaces and padding meet international standards. CCTV coverage operates across 100% of the venue at all times.

All play surfaces are sanitised every 2 hours using child-safe, anti-bacterial cleaning agents. Ball pit balls are cleaned and UV-sanitised daily. High-touch surfaces like arcade machines and door handles are wiped down every 30 minutes throughout operating hours.

Yes. The Sky Jump Trampoline Park requires children to be at least 5 years old and above 100 cm in height. The VR Zone is for ages 10+. Laser Tag requires ages 8+. The Soft Play Kingdom is for children aged 0–8 only. All other zones are open to everyone.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI payments (PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Google Pay), and cash. All point-of-sale terminals are contactless-enabled.

Yes! We offer special group rates for school excursions, corporate family days, and playdate groups of 15+ children. Discounts start at 15% for groups and can go up to 30% depending on size and day. Contact us at supp@playvana.com for a custom group quote.

Each child admission includes one free accompanying adult. Additional adults are charged at ₹399 for a full-day pass, which includes access to adult-eligible zones such as arcade, trampoline, VR, and laser tag.

To book a birthday party, please contact us at supp@playvana.com or call +91 22 4972 8800 at least 7 days in advance. Our birthday coordinator will discuss your requirements, preferred theme, guest count, and catering preferences. A 50% advance deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own cake from a licensed bakery. Please note that outside food and beverages (other than birthday cakes) are not permitted inside PlayVana. Our kitchen caters to all dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, Jain, and allergy-specific menus.

We offer 12+ party themes including Superhero, Princess & Fairy Tale, Dinosaurs, Space Adventure, Jungle Safari, Sports Champions, Under the Sea, Bollywood Blockbuster, and more. Custom themes are also available with 14+ days advance notice.
