These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your visit to PlayVana Family Gaming Center ("PlayVana", "we", "our", "us") located at Level 3, Phoenix Palladium Mall, Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. By entering our premises or using our website at playvana.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from visiting or using our services.
1. Entry Rules & General Conduct
- All visitors must purchase a valid admission pass prior to entering play zones.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (aged 18+) at all times.
- PlayVana reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor whose conduct is deemed unsafe, aggressive, intoxicated, or disruptive to other guests.
- All visitors must comply with instructions given by PlayVana staff and safety monitors.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the premises. Outside birthday cakes from licensed bakeries are an exception.
- Smoking, alcohol, and the use of any illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Visitors must wear appropriate, clean footwear within the center. Socks are mandatory in all play zones. Grip socks are provided for the trampoline park.
2. Age & Height Requirements
Certain zones at PlayVana have minimum age and/or height requirements for safety reasons. These are displayed at each zone entrance and include:
- Sky Jump Trampoline Park: Minimum age 5 years, minimum height 100 cm
- VR Adventure Zone: Minimum age 10 years
- Laser Tag Arena: Minimum age 8 years
- Soft Play Kingdom: Maximum age 8 years (adults may not enter)
- Climbing Wall: Minimum age 6 years
PlayVana staff have the authority to enforce these requirements and their decisions are final.
3. Safety & Liability
While PlayVana takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of our guests, visitors participate in all activities at their own risk. By entering the premises, you acknowledge that:
- Physical activities like trampolining and climbing carry inherent risks of injury.
- PlayVana is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the visitor's failure to follow posted rules or staff instructions.
- PlayVana is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Secure lockers are available for a nominal charge.
- Any visitor requiring medical attention will be attended to by our trained first-aid staff, and emergency services will be contacted if necessary.
PlayVana maintains comprehensive public liability insurance in accordance with Indian law.
4. Admissions, Passes & Payments
- All admission prices are as displayed at the venue and on our pricing page. PlayVana reserves the right to change prices at any time with reasonable notice.
- Admission passes are non-transferable and valid only for the date/session purchased.
- Passes are non-refundable unless a session is cancelled by PlayVana.
- Weekend surcharges may apply. Prices include applicable GST.
- Corporate, group, and school visit discounts are available on request at supp@playvana.com.
5. Memberships
- Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
- Membership benefits are as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. PlayVana may update membership benefits with 30 days' written notice to members.
- Memberships are non-refundable once activated. If a membership is purchased and not yet activated, a full refund may be requested within 7 days.
- PlayVana reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if the holder breaches these Terms.
6. Birthday Party Bookings
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a birthday party booking.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is permitted with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability.
- PlayVana is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by factors outside our control.
7. Photography & Media
By entering PlayVana, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you object to the use of your or your child's image, please inform a member of staff on arrival. PlayVana does not use images of children in promotional materials without explicit parental consent.
8. Website Use
The content on playvana.com is provided for general informational purposes only. PlayVana makes no representations about the accuracy or completeness of the website content. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of website content is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your visit to PlayVana shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. Changes to Terms
PlayVana reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
